Camp Canada Photo Contest 2026 - Terms & Conditions
1- The promoter is: Camp Canada Ltd (company no. 13174139) whose registered office is at 44 Simpson Street, Liverpool, L1 0AX.
2- The contest is open to previous or current Camp Canada participants aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Camp Canada (and their associated brands), their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
4- By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- The route to entry for the contest is through submitting media strictly via the official Fillout link. The following guidelines must be met:
- Photo Rights: Entrants must strictly own the rights to all photos submitted. Any entry found to breach copyright or intellectual property rights will result in immediate disqualification upon notification of such breach.
- No AI-Generated Content: Photos must be genuine, original photographs taken by the entrant. The use of AI image generators, AI enhancements, or synthetic media of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
- No Campers / Children: Photos must not include any campers or children under the age of 18. Any submissions containing campers will be automatically disqualified.
- Theme: The subject of your photos must highlight your summer at camp and/or travelling Canada.
- Quality: Upload the highest quality images possible (avoid screenshots).
- Appropriate Content: Only submit appropriate images (strictly no alcohol, illegal substances, inappropriate gestures, etc.).
- Formatting: Avoid adding watermarks or heavy filters to your images.
6- Entrants may only submit once via the official Fillout form, but may submit multiple photos within that single submission.
7- Submissions open on Wednesday, 30th September. The closing date for entries will be Sunday, 11th October at midnight (BST).
8- Voting & Winner Selection Process:
- Top 9 Semi-Final: Following the closing date, an initial selection of entries will be shortlisted into a public Top 9. Public voting will open on official Camp Canada channels to select the top finalists.
- Top 3 Final: The top 3 photos from the semi-final round will advance to a public Top 3 final vote on official Camp Canada channels to decide the first and second place winners.
- Specific start dates and instructions for voting rounds will be announced across Camp Canada's official social channels following the entry deadline.
9- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including technical failures on the submission platform.
10- Camp Canada Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions; such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting.
11- Camp Canada Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
12- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
13- Prizes:
- First Prize: One (1) Camp Snap Pro Camera.
- Second Prize: One (1) Camp Canada Maple Series T-Shirt.
14- The winner is responsible for providing accurate sizing information where applicable. The Promoter is not responsible for apparel that does not fit if delivered according to the winner’s specified size.
15- Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. Prizes provided by third parties carry no liability or warranty claims directly against the promoter.
16- Winners will be notified via their provided contact details within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
17- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest (including judging and eligibility) will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18- The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19- Entrants grant Camp Canada Ltd a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and publish all submitted images for marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants agree to the use of their name and handle alongside their entry. Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy at https://www.smallerearth.com/uk/privacy-policy.
20- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Fillout, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Alphabet. You are providing your information to Camp Canada Limited and not to any third-party platform.
21- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camp Canada Limited excludes all liability for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, or damages arising in connection with this contest. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remaining terms will remain in full force.
