Camp Canada Photo Contest 2026 - Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Camp Canada Ltd (company no. 13174139), 44 Simpson Street, Liverpool, L1 0AX.Eligibility:- Open to anyone aged 18+
- Must be Camp Canada alumni from summer 2025
- Employees of Camp Canada (and associated brands), close relatives, and anyone connected with judging are excluded
Entry:- Free to enter – no purchase necessary
- Submit via the official Jotform
- Photos must:
- Be owned by the entrant
- Highlight summer at camp in 2025
- Be high quality (no screenshots)
- Be appropriate (no alcohol, inappropriate gestures, etc.)
- Have no watermarks
- Entrants are be asked to consent to marketing use. If accepted, Camp Canada reserves the right to use submitted content in promotional materials, social media, or other marketing channels.
Submission period:- Opens: Thursday 2nd October 2025
- Closes: Sunday 12th October 2025, midnight (GMT)
Prizes:- 1st place – £200 Airbnb voucher (or equivalent in other currencies)
- 2nd place – Yeti Rambler cup
- 3rd place – Camp Canada T-shirt
Voting & judging:- 9 semi-finalists chosen by an independent judge
- Semi-final voting via comments on Instagram carousel post
- Final 3 decided by total engagement (likes + comments) on their individual Instagram posts
- Winners announced within 14 days of the closing date
Prize conditions:- No cash alternative
- Non-transferable, subject to availability
- May be substituted with equivalent value if unavailable
- Winners responsible for any additional costs, taxes, or charges
Winner notification:- Contacted via publicly accessible method within 14 days of contest close
- Must claim prize within 7 days or a replacement winner will be chosen
General:- Promoter’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into
- Camp Canada reserves the right to change or cancel the contest at any time
- Not responsible for entries not received
- Governed by English law; disputes subject to the courts of England
Publicity & data:- Winners agree to their name and image being used in publicity
- Personal data used only in line with UK data protection laws
- Winner’s name available 28 days after closing date via info@campcanada.ca
